Exerience: well i am head admin on a server in progress and just admin on another one thats about it
Reason to accept: well i like to help out alot and i can help make lots of people join and i play alot and even if it comes to a point that i have to ban one of my freinds i wont struggle 
suggestion for server: um what is it called were there are rooms with mob spawner and players can warp there to try and get xp if the are way to lazy to make a xp grinder and when someone votes they get something and a texture pack for the server
