Changed World Spawn to 0, 0.
There is now a Nether Portal (Player Built) near spawn for easy access to the Nether!
Updated MOTD to display Start Date.
Reorganized submission.

Fixed a small issue. Took away spawn protection. Players should no longer have issues breaking or placing blocks near spawn. Sorry about this.
