Welcome to Stealth's Penitentiary! Thank you for taking your time out of your day to read this. Once you join the server for the first time, you'll spawn in the tutorial room. In the tutorial room, it will show you on how the server works. It will show you how to make money and some other cool things like that. After you completed the tutorial, you'll spawn in the main prison. In the main spawn, you'll expect to see the staff list, a warp wall which you'll be able to warp to the other blocks. Once you're out of the main spawn, you'll enter the C-Block. In the C-Block, there's a mine, tree farm, cells, a shop to sell your goodies, and a workshop area with crafting tables, and two private smelting rooms. Your goal is to do these jobs and sell your loot to make enough money to rank up. Once you've ranked up through all of the blocks, you'll be able to make a town!
- C-Prisoner - Cost: Default Rank. As a C-Prisoner, you're not protected at all. All that can protect you is a full set of iron armor. If you're a Donor, you'll have some great benefits of warping around the C-Block. It is recommended that you buy a bank chest or rent a cell. The reason why it's recommended is because you'll be able to store your stuff so if you get killed by a C Blocker, your stuff will be saved. (If you stored them.)
- B-Prisoner - Cost: $10,000. Congratulations! You're now a B-Prisoner! Now you have access to a new block! The B-Block! In the B-Block, you're a bit more protected because there's new ores in the mine. Also, you have more ways of making money. Also, there's a better shop! Once again, you're not protected all the way.
- A-Prisoner - Cost: $30,000. Once again, congratulations! You now have access to diamonds! Now, you'll be able to make full diamond armor and diamond weaponry. Also, you now have access to a Enchanting Room!
- Elite-Prisoner - Cost: $60,000. You're now Elite! You now have a better mine with a lot more diamonds then that little A Mine. You also have access to the Nether! In the nether, you'll be able to explore all of those Nether Dungeons and other cool stuff like that.
- Free - Cost: $100,000. Congratulations! You're now free! You now have access to FreeVille. In FreeVille, there's a new mine, more plots, and another really good shop! Also, you can now leave the prison if you wan't to. Also, you can join a town! Only if the Mayor of that town invites you.
- Citizen - Cost: $250,000. For the last time, congratulations! You're now the highest possible paid rank that you can be! You also now have access to start up your own town! Exciting huh? Yup! Really exciting that you can make your own town. Also, before you start up a town, type /townyinfo for some useful info. ;]
- C-Guard - Accepted through a guard application. Your goal as a Guard is to protect everyone in the C-Block. It is expected that you do your job correctly and treat everyone with respect.
- B-Guard - Promoted after from C-Guard after protecting all of the C-Prisoners for a certain amount of time. Your goal is to protect all of the B-Prisoners as the best of your ability as you can.
- A-Guard - Promoted after from B-Guard after protecting all of the B-Prisoners for a certain amount of time. Your goal is to protect all of the A-Prisoners as the best of your ability as you can.
- Sr. Guard - Promoted from me (Stealth) after showing your dedication of guarding the prison. Your new goal is to protect all of the blocks. Also, your other goal is to moderate the chat when no higher staff rank is on.
- Moderator - Promoted from a Moderator application. You're still a Citizen, but your job is to moderate the chat, give people warnings/mutes is someone broke a rule.
- Sr. Moderator - Promoted from a Moderator from moderating the chat for a very long time, and showing your dedication for modding. You're now even more trusted from the staff. You also have a bit more special commands.
- Warden - Promoted from showing your dedication of moderating the chat. You now have a lot of things that you have to do to keep the server smoothly. Also, you can host events if you feel like it. Also, you can guard if there's not guards on.
- Sr. Warden - There's no way to obtain this rank, as it is only reserved for the server owner.
- No hacked clients
- No unapproved mods
- No x-ray/x-ray texture packs
- No spamming
- No advertising1
- No player disrespect
- No grammar harassment (correcting someone.)
- No profanity
- Do not exploit/glitches/loop holes
- No prison griefing2
- DO NOT MAKE A NETHER PORTAL
2 = This includes placing lava/water (or using flint n steel, etc) in a non pvp area in order to attack someone.
If you broke one of the rules above, it will result in you getting muted, banned, temp banned, or warned. All action are logged by our server.
- No contraband items. A guard will give you a 5 second count down if you're caught with one. (See below for a list of contraband items.)
- No PvP abusing. (PvP abusing = Going into a safe zone while in combat/pvp)
- No camping. Instant 10 minute jail.
- Do not rent multiple plots. If you do, you'll be fined $20,000 or your money will be reset.
Contraband information.
If you see anyone with contraband items (listed above) you're expected to ask for them. When you're asking for them, you're suppose to give them 5 seconds to drop it. If they're in a non-PvP area while you're counting down, you're allowed to jail them for 10 minutes. If the player is in a PvP area and they do not drop the contraband, you're expected to kill the player. If a player is trolling you by pulling out multiple contraband items just to simply annoy you, you're are expected to say "All " (swords, arrows, ect.) If they do not hand it all over, you're allowed to jail them for 10 minutes.
PvP information.
You are allowed to kill anyone if they are attacking other people, or attacking you. If you see someone attacking someone but the victim isn't attacking back, you're suppose to kill the attacker. But if you see the victim defending there self by attacking them back, kill them both. If you're attacking someone and if they run into a non-PvP area, you're expected to give them a PvP abuse warning by saying "PvP abuse ". If you give someone a second PvP abuse warning, ask them to come out of non-PvP in 5 seconds, if they don't, then jail them for 10 minutes.
Counting down.
When you're asking for someone's sword/bow/arrow, use the special commands that are provided in the Guard Room. But if you see a contraband item like a harmful potion, flint n steel, tnt, you need to count down in chat. If then player does not hand over the contraband item after the 5 seconds are up, you jail them. But if the player hands over the contraband item after the 5 seconds are up, still jail them.
If you're reading this, then you most likely wan't to become a Guard. Please fill out this application below if you wish to become a Guard. Here are some things that you must do.
- Be respectful to everyone
- Have played for at least for 3 days
- Must be a B-Prisoner
- Must be fair and mature
- Understand all of the Guard Info.
- Knowing all of the Server and Prison rules
- Have any negative actions on your account. (warnings/mutes/bans) Being jailed doesn't effect your account.
- Not ask me to check your Guard Application

Hello, if you're reading this then you most likely wan't to become a Moderator. Here is some things that you have to mute/ban for if you see a player do these.
Offences for mute:
- Chat spam
- Profanity
- Excessive caps (if they have 75% caps in there sentences, or if ThEy TaLk LiKe ThIs.
- Player/Staff Disrespect
- Insulting other players/staff
- Major chat spam
- Advertising
- Racism - Automatic ban
- Must be the rank of Free or higher
- Must have at least played on our server for 1 week
- Must be fair and mature
- Must not have any negative actions on your account (warnings/mutes/bans) being jailed doesn't effect your account
- Do not ask me to check your application
Please put a lot of effort in your application. It would be very hard to accept or consider someone if they only have 1 or 2 lines in their application. Here's the Moderator application.
