Welcome to the SteelCraft Prison Server!
This is a fun-to-play and friendly prison server full of great people and stuff to do. You start out in the D-block section of the prison and rank your way up through C, B, A, until you earn your freedom, and access to the Free World. You can build a base in the Free World and have it protected! That way, you can safely store your gear and not have to worry about being griefed.
The server is PvP-oriented a good bit, and there are always a lot of fighting and action to go around! The guards will try to stop it, but here, there are:
No OP guards, no OP items, no weapons, armor, or tools that can be acquired more powerful than anything you’d find in Vanilla.
(Basically, there’s no sharpness X. Nothing over vanilla enchants exists.)
Everyone has a chance here!
If you’d like to team up with your friends, we have a factions plugin implemented, perfect for forming groups and fighting around with your friends without being hurt by them! Just watch out for the Guard faction!
As a prison, we have a normal procedure in the prison, including a Contraband list and multiple in-prison rules to maintain the order the Guards try to keep in this prison. Contraband items include, but are not limited to; Swords, Bows, Griefing tools, Potions, Enchanted Gold Apples, and Sharpness Tools.
The server is owned by zzqqzz, and co-owned by asonicmen. They are the two resident Wardens. Our Supervisors/Admins are TehGuyWithPants, genleeman, and Riroeusu80. Our Staff Team is very friendly, helpful, intelligent, unbiased, and capable. All Guards and Veterans are handpicked by the Administrators to ensure only the best of the best become Guards. There are no applications for staff, Guard, etc.
