chat not listing any names but a friend on my discord server is like always dealing with shit their dc status is almost always at 0% and they keep leaving my server every time some shit happens and im getting tired of having to give their perms and roles back every time

like yes self harm and depression are problems and all that but its beginning to get harder for me to feel bad when this shit happens like every two weeks
just go get therapy for everyones sake including yours
I agree with Themangalorian, just let them know that if they leave again, the next time they come back they can’t have thier roles. Don’t say they can have them back if they earned them because they’ll pester you, but instead when you believe they’ve earned them back you can give the roles back to them!
Man those kind of people wear me out too :/ Just tell them outright! Don't make them feel bad for it, but tell them they can't keep doing it and maybe ask why they do it in the first place?
artfight teams slowly falling behind even though we are ahead we's at 34.70 against 32.11 and 33.19 and i really want to draw and animate things that arent artfight now i cant do them id be wasting time that couldve been spent on attacking
honestly i see nothing wrong with dressing in "fancy" clothes in public (unless said clothes have something inappropriate on them/are inappropriate) but there is still that norm and there will still be people watching saying in their minds "why are they wearing that" or "whats happening"
this video feels like complaining about something that is kinda required that thing being basic norms i mean if you saw a guy walking around in a hazmat suit casually you would get confused

why does the internet make adhd/autism all “quirky” or “silly” i’m dead serious why does this happen even the youtubers making videos on their experiences with neurodivergency don’t help me because for whatever reason it still feels like they’re not doing a service to how bad these conditions really feel
mfs think it’s fun to be told to not even tap your foot when you’re physically incapable of sitting still mfs think it’s fun to overshare when you finally get to talk about something you care about and it just weirds people out dont you love it when your condition has to be actively suppressed to be a “functioning” member of society?
mfs think it’s fun and quirky to not be able to sit still or focus without either years to adapt or medication mfs think it’s fun to have to suppress your stims or not do them at all in public
I know a few people in my life who’ve kinda talked about this, one who does have diagnosed autism and another who claims she’s “partially autistic” (they both got ADHD), so from my experience, this sounds about right. iicr both autism and adhd are spectrums, so it’ll vary a lot between people, which would definitely explain the stark differences between the behavior they tend to exhibit.
I have no idea if this makes sense cause i felt like the words weren't wording, but yk how like there are some people on the internet who go “it’s because of my ADHD!” and stuff like that even though they don’t have ADHD/etc. And they’re just doing it for attention and stuff
I think that might be part of it? Like the community has just begun to associate autism / Adhd/etc. As “quirky” bc of that
As for the people who actually do have it and make content based on their experiences, maybe it’s because words can really be hard to describe how it works
Also, I’m not entirely sure how it works, but doesn’t autism have a spectrum? Maybe it never seems as serious because not everyone is at the same level on the spectrum, and in general everyone’s experiences are different?

so i made a challenge called the vanity challenge
you pick one of your ocs (preferably one you dont draw a lot) and you give yourself 30 minutes to draw as much of them as you can on one sheet of paper you may only stop either when the paper fills or the timer rings
