this is a normal survival server and rule 1:no griefing , rule 2:no raiding , rule 3: no pvp:
pvp is allowed Pvp is only allowed if you have for example a house and another player trespassing your house without your permission then are you allowed to kill him/her.
If your break rule 1 and 2 you get jailed or banned it depends on how much you did grief and raid.
if you break rule no: 3 you will get jailed.
in faction pvp server ofc raiding pvp stealing do whatever you want ;)
