Spawn is in running condition. Im changing the slots to 20 and reopening the server

I found out the source of the lag. A person with no skin spawned a whole bunch of creepers and ghasts.

Hello I'm here to volunteer for a admin/operator position. I have been an admin on multiple servers (co-owner on two) and know a lot about servers and can help in many ways . I love building and working with people. I strongly support teamwork and look down upon greifing, hacking and cursing. I believe i would be a very helpful addition to your server.

P.S 
I suggest you lower the server slots to only 10 and whitelist it while the admins build spawn, it will lower lagg.
