Great survival server with grief prevention plugins, economy, etc. Dynamic map included. 

White listing is easy:

1. Go to: mc.nervesocket.com/
2. Click "request build permissions"
3. Insert "Sekulaid" in the "Minecraft username that referred you" and you're set. 

There arn't any donation ranks so everyone has access to /back /tpa, etc.
