After spending 2 days on this server I knew it was special. The admins are kind and understanding, the structures are immense, everything about this server is amazing. My review: number 3 in my top 10. You have to get whitelisted in the forum and read instructions to get whitelisted.
Ups: Grief protected, Town creation, Warp, Vault, Rule park, Automatic Chest and Furnace lock, you can password blocks.
Downs: The only downside I can think of is that u have to get whitelisted which you can do here http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/162904-amphicraft-v6-true-survival-server-100-bukkit-whitelist/

Only downside i know is that one cant use TNT, but thats common...
