We started out as a group of friends playing games together and we have since decided to start a community of our own. We are very friendly and would like to make lots of new friends and play games with all of you. Our servers are made to just have fun on. No drama. Just fun. Come hang with us!

~Minecraft Server Status/Rules~

~Server Rules~
All punishments are made against the minecraft account, regardless of the individual responsible for the offending activity. Players need to be careful of who has access to their account.

1. Absolutely no:
-Griefing or Stealing
-Hacking or modding (FlyMod,Etc.)
-Racist, sexist or otherwise offensive language
-Abuse of exploits or bugs.

2. You are required to:

-Treat all players with respect, staff or otherwise.
-Any X-Ray mod, texture pack or similiar tool will not be permitted, period.
-Report any instances of rules being broken.
-Report any exploits immediately.
-Leave any griefed property untouched in order to facilitate administration. The property will be repaired to it's initial state by staff.

3. If you are banned indefinitely:
-Your items or structures may be deleted.
-You will need to appeal to be unbanned, staff cannot do this on request.
-If unbanned but not acquitted, you will forever have bias against you in all future punishments.

4. For no reason are you permitted to loot, alter or destroy a player-made structure, this will be regarded as griefing or stealing regardless of circumstance. Mayors, Assistants and other players must contact a super-admin or higher to request removal of a structure.

5. If staff are unable to locate proof of a theft, no reparations will be provided. If a staff member judges the alleged offender unfit for punishment and the alleged victim engages in vigilantism they will incur a higher penalty for the offending activity.

6.Punishment for breaking these rules varies depending on severity and other factors, all punishment is at the judgment of the staff member. You can appeal punishment or report genuine staff abuse on the forums. All appeals, requests and applications are open to public voting.

7. Towns:
a. Mayors and Assistants:

-All taxes must be agreed upon in advance or with warning.
-A resident's property can never become the mayor's without voluntary transfer by the resident.
-Mayors may only request that a player's property be deleted by a Super-Admin if the resident has been permanently or indefinitely banned, or offline for at least three weeks (with the discretion of the admin).
-Without prior consent a mayor is never permitted to destroy or alter a resident's property, nor are they assured full access to their resident's property.
-Mayors are not responsible for the behavior of their residents, but are strongly encouraged to select their residents carefully.
-Mayors found to be encouraging unlawful activity by their residents will be subject to punishment, possibly including forfeiture of their mayorship.
-A town can never claim land built upon by another player without permission from a Super-Admin or Append. If qualifying several conditions the structure must be fully removed by the staff member before the land is claimed.
-Claiming land in a malicious or ignorant fashion will result in administrative action against the town or mayor.
-Abuse of any town commands against residents or other players will not be permitted.
-It is highly recommended but not required that mayors construct their towns in a manner that allows the use of Towny's plot system. This will prevent inter-resident griefing.

b. Residents

-Residents are required to adhere to town rules so long as they never supersede server rules.
-Residents are required to report all mayor abuse immediately, preferably with evidence. Failing to do so hampers the staff's ability to confirm the abuse.

c. Non-incorporated players.

-Players must not build in close proximity to a town, A distance of 100m (blocks) from the closest structure to the town border is recommended to allow the town to expand.
-Players are encouraged to seek protection for their property if they are not within a town.
-Deliberately impeding a town's expansion may result in the offending structures removal without reparations.

8. Inactive players may see their structures or property removed by staff after 3 weeks of inactivity if the land is impeding a town's expansion and the building is not known to have predated the town's creation. Choose your building site with caution, towns will only be created in areas where there are no existing structures observed in the immediate area.

9. Any activity by a player or their client that threatens the server stability, server economy or the gameplay on the server may incur punishment or a preventative ban (in the case of a client's computer crashing the server) by a Super-Admin or Append. With or without a specific rule against the specific behavior.
