Trust us, we have 9 sources/people in contact, who are located around the world, that will gladly accept all the feedbacks and ideas YOU want in place. If over 4 of them say "YES this plugin/game/idea", we will INSTANTLY put it in the game in the auto-restart days. You maybe wondering, auto-restart days, what are they? 

Well 'Auto-Restart Days' are one day per week, either Friday, Saturday or Sundays, where the server restarts automatically so that: 

• The most recently approved ideas/plugins would be put in place automatically and all is well.
  
• Increases and boosts server performance to reduce, if any, lag or issues that for some random reason arises
  

This is because we believe that quality beats quantity!

Such as, if you were making a redstone elevator in Factions PVP and you just spent a hard half a month collecting all the items you need. However, it was lagging. And that the elevator would break if one thing was accidentally removed or you accidentally put a torch at the wrong place, what would you pick? About 2 minutes downtime per week to fix the issue or 30 minutes removing all the items that you want back and checking if you have everything and STILL building with lag, so that you would almost everytime have to clean up wrong projects. 

I think that even Herobrine would pick 2 minutes per week of downtime. (Herobrine in shock whimpers: How... How could you read my mind! How!? Who are you, you elegant being!)
