After a war-to-end-all-wars, 5 races have survived to begin anew in a clean world. However, not all is well. The Emergents, a hive-mind race, are threatening to take over this new civilization. Humans, survivors of the great war, and Animists, traders and descendants of the pigman Bloberis, must defend against the hungry maw of the Emergents. Meanwhile, the Ancients, a race capable of manipulating space-time and one side in the Great War, and the Crimson Brotherhood, a group of redstone-infused individuals, manipulate the Human cities to further their mysterious causes.
