Pvp disabled. If you choose to create a town, and put your livestock in there, then they cannot be hurt by other players!

HELP!!! There is a person that was trying to kill me but I loged off quickly can you make it that people can't hurt other people other than mods and admins? Also to make it that he/she can't hurt my live stock!!!??? PLEASE HELP!!!
