ToxicPVP brings players (new and old) the PVP experience that they have desired for such a long time. Gone are the days of executive-run servers. This network is completely based on the opinion of the community, something that many servers fail to do in this day in age of Minecraft.

Minecraft PVP has been evolving very much, and many people still tend to fall back to the older roots of Minecraft: 1.7. We are here to announce that we are one of the only networks that still support the 1.7 version! We offer support for 1.8, although our servers are running on a patched 1.7 backend.

Since we utilise Minecraft 1.7, you will notice that the changes that Mojang made to the PVP aspects of the game in versions 1.9 and higher are (obviously) not here. And in an effort to give players the best experience, we do not modify any parts of your PVP experience. We even go as far as to modify the hit detection to be asynchronous and fast.

Our servers are running on high-end Intel Ivy Bridge Xeon processors. Not only does this help with having very large loads but coupled with the fact that we utilise Paper Spigot, our servers are blazing fast. Our CUSTOM PLUGINS also modify essential core functionality of the Minecraft server such as the way that worlds are downloaded and imported into the server to help maximize the output to the players. We also have several other backend IPs in the event of a DDoS attack (not even mentioning our OVH DDoS protection) so that we can seamlessly transition in the event of such an attack.

Our custom plugins also have a fancy instance-based system. We have multiple servers, each with their own instances based on the games that we want to provide. We currently have 45 SurvivalGames instances (that's 45 SG servers!) and an unlimited amount of Practise PVP servers (kind of like Mineplex Player Servers!).

We plan on finishing SkyBlock and adding a custom player servers of our own, so stay tuned!
