1. If this is not a true vanilla server then you need a plugin that implements all the essential commands of a server for which I recommend installing EssentialsX else you only need the default Minecraft server jar

2. You should install Multiverse 2 for multiple worlds so you can have a world for skyblock, a world for survival, a world for skywars, and so on.

3. You should practice building techniques or hire a builder to build things like the spawn area. First impression is a big factor.

4. Take the time to go through every plugin you've installed and make sure they're configured correctly. When I died, I received a message stating "Spawn not set."

5. None of the wooden buttons at spawn do anything. You can't open any of the chests so you can't donate to a drop party (you can right click the crates and preview the stuff you can get) You can't even open the ender chest.

6. I realized that this is probably a troll server so I'm stopping here.
