We use Bukkit 1.8.1 (#1185) and a few plugins, the server is for Survival but we got a group called Builders which is in Creative mod and only build different type of stuff.
Online 24/7 

There is not very many players at the server so you will have more than enough room too build on.
Right now we don't use Whitelist so you can just come and join us right away.

Rules
Never grief
Never steal
Never build close to spawn
Never swear in the chat
Never ask a Admin for items
Never ask for change in weather or time (use /vote, this is only for some players)
Builders are never allowed to give items to other players
Always speak English in the chat
Breaking these rules might get you jailed or even banned if the rules is being broken to much.
