Further updates from Spigot have made an unstable but usable dev build for 1.7.2

This allows users to have more functionality from the 1.7.2 update such as colored glass, double grass, new flowers and much more.

Spigot Updated it's 1.7.2 Build Again, so you will be able to build most blocks as well as find them in the wild where it use to be not so much.
