And, I was wondering if we're allowed to build anywhere we want (other than griefing)?

Members can make their own protected regions (max 5, or max 10 if you buy more with iconomy money)
You can buy many permissions such as flight, more protection regions, wear hats, and more.
Im ok with players wanting to PVP so long as the person you want to fight says its ok first as some play on the server just to build with friends and so forth.
Players can make their own warp points. (max 10 + home warp)
We have a facebook page to talk with others, or to ask if the server is up. (the server is normally up between the times of 5 PM - 12 AM GMT-0500 (Central Daylight Time))
Theres just 1 thing, all new players must go through what I call a greifer deterrent. basically players play in a box area and must mine and sell enough to afford to get out, if there is a friend thats already a member they could pay you the funds if they chose to.
Although I had to remove it as it scares too many people away.
