Welcome to WhatCraft. We DO need staff. We have 2 Moderator possitions open. If you do good enough I may Consider making some ajustments to the staffboard. We have Factions and Skyblock at the moment. I don't know if I will add any more games like Skyblock. But I will happily take plugin requests that would work well with the server.
