The server might not be completely stable and will have a lot of server restarts and reloads.
Also there will be lots of implementations in time, the server is far from finished.

Internet speed: 100Mbps
Memory: 6GB
Processor:Intel Core 2 duo
Overall server info:
The server is 24/7 with the exeptions of restarts while in construction.
We do not need staff.
The permissions are rougly coded and will be completed in a while.
We are not stupid*.
