Restored the rice changes :D

• Brought back Hunger Overhaul (somehow it's no longer causing issues...?)
• Rice bowl is crafted with 3 rice again and restores 3 hunger bars again
• Seeds from the ComplexCrops mod are now chest loot instead of dropping from breaking grass
• Many Chocolate Quest loot items have been replaced by items from other mods which are less broken and more balanced
• Balkon's Weaponmod cannon has been given a new crafting recipe that is more expensive to craft

Known Issue:
Hostile mobs stopped spawning on the main server. I haven't been able to pin down the exact cause of the issue yet. This issue has likely affected prior versions of the modpack too.
The most likely explanation I have is that there is a hostile mob in this modpack that does not despawn on its own, over time taking up more and more of the hostile mob cap until no new hostile mobs can spawn.
You can fix the mob spawns by switching to peaceful difficulty temporarily. It will delete any hostile mobs instantly, and mob spawns will be normal again after you switch back to your normal difficulty. Note: this will obliterate boss mobs and even nametagged hostile mobs.
