Hair = Perfect

Things to improve(because some improvements are ALWAYS needed haha): Better coloring on the skin, maybe try learning some hue-shifting ;D

I know what you mean about the colouring of the skin. I always find it incredibly difficult to shade areas of a skin which are made up of only one colour. I either shade it too much or too little. That's why my skins never really wear long sleeved clothes. It's just tricky trying to shade large areas. :3 Thanks though ^_^ I needed some constructive criticism! :D

This is a common thing for a lot of people, so not just you. It's recommended to look at skinners like Meggles or WonderCat to see how they do their arms and it's pretty well done.

Also as far as coloring goes KnobleKnives has a tutorial on colors and there's a bit on skin color you might find cool.
