you need to know that 4 bit is not a rezolution, the skin has nothing to do with it. 4 bit is a technology that lets you use a certain amount of colors . 4bit = 16 colors max .
btw i like the skin itself

yes, i know that this isn't actually legitimately 4bit. i'm just following the title of the contest. it's rather the 4x4 resolution instead of the regular 8x8.
