Hi! So I bet you guys remember my Fire-y and Earthy skin? (If ya don't, don't worry about it x3)

Well this is the water one! But I felt it did not deserve to be called watery.. :D

So here is a water themed pastel skin! I felt like pastel would work really well :3 I had a design for this like, a few days ago, but I scratched it since it was not good o.o

So I finally came up with this!
