hi! this is for anxii's tourney (round 2) :3

i'm also submitting this to PMC's Happy Halloween Community Event!

and about my activity- I'm online a lot, but not as fast at making skins because I'm playing genshin impact frequently instead x3 <3

also, I doubt anyone made the connection, but this skin does on purpose look like a skin I made a while ago :3
this character has become an oc of mine :D

genshin impact skin series coming up, i'm going to let pmc decide my fate for at least part of this series so the first skin is paimon XD
