I see a couple flaws, like the arms aren't shaded. But good skin, very nice

They are shaded, but they're not supposed to be more shaded than that. It's supposed to have a clean look, and if you apply too much shade, it looks dirty.

Well, I can't see any shade on them. It's easier than you might think to make skin shading look fine, like this skin for instance. There are ways of making skin tones look good, and not shading them are on the lower end of the spectrum.

I do respect you, for being this skilled on your third day on the site. Very nice.
