For the first week of this thing, we had to make a Doctor Who skin. I have never watched any of Doctor Who, so I just chose the doctor with the design that I liked the most. I won't be making anything else Doctor Who related, so don't expect any skin series or anything.

tl;dr: I won't make other DW skins
