Hello SpiderShotMC,
in case you mean the positioned skin with the red background:
I used Minecraft Skin Viewer Extended Alpha and loaded the skin in there, positioned it and saved it. The file will be saved as a.png meaning that you have only the skin, without background.
Then i loaded the image into Pain.NET added a new layer underneath the skins layer and used a gradient tool( foreground red, background color set to transparency 100%) then i saved it as a .png again.
I uploaded this .png to imgur.com and embedded the image to my description.
