2237. Global nuclear warfare had changed the Earth 200 years ago. There is no government, Earth is over populated, crime is everywhere. The currency is trade, and with health declining, doctors were the wealthiest. In bigger areas, gangs are formed out of what they call soldiers, to enforce the “laws”. Once you turned 16, you would be chosen to be a soldier, or be left with nothing. The soldiers protected the hospitals, and in return they and their immediate families are given care for life or death injuries. If you or a family member did not become a soldier, your chances of getting into a hospital were impossible. With over population, anyone with contagious disease or illness would be killed with their family. This is a skin of one of the soldiers.
