382 is the product of the genetic modification testing in 2009. She is the only surviving and successful test subject from the 2009 batch, and continues to be the only survivor. We do not know why. She was injected with radioactively charged insect DNA mix which included:
Beetle, Moth, Bee, Dragonfly, and Firefly.

We hypothesize that she had a genetic disorder which would successfully transfer and filter the radioactive DNA. She is the only known person in the world to have this.

Her escape was credited to [MISSING INFORMATION: CONTACT ADMINISTRATOR], who disarmed her chambers and the facilities security systems. [MISSING INFORMATION: CONTACT ADMINISTRATOR] was sentenced to death in 2014. 382s location is unknown.
