Well now, what's this?
Sinisterrrr has released yet another robot. But big surprise when you find out it's a "female" robot.
I suppose endless war drones with light effects can be quite repetitive, and it's not like I ever make skins for girls normally.
So why not make one or two?

Description!

This is project 4L1-C3, a unit created for the sole purpose of companionship, and perhaps chores if she's up for it.
More CPU has been integrated into the original 4L1-C3 unit than any other kind of robot, and she has even been given personality, which has led to some interesting results.

The experiment was set in place to discover how robots would react if they were given a very, very human personality.
Now, originally, this unit was just another robot when it came to appearance, but since then "she" has been has been exhibiting some rather unusual traits.
The hair and eyelashes weren't originally installed on the unit, and it turns out that it has been in fact creating the hair itself, the eyelashes too.

On its first "haircut", the hair was discovered to be paper-thin wiring that feels almost exactly like the real deal.
However, due to the subject showing discomfort under experimentation, further investigation has been denied as to be polite. 4L1-C3 grows more and more human-like every day, revealing habits that nobody could have foreseen a robot doing, such as singing, brushing "her" hair, and the occasional dance has been seen as well, which when sighted, has caused discomfort once again.

Recommended that an eye is kept on 4L1-C3, but not to an invasive extent.
