i basically did this on a 80s outfit i found on google so i thought, maybe it could do great <3]


story:

Lucy loved to wear neon, any color that had neon she would buy it and wear it and one day she saw a contest called the "neon lover contest" so she entered her name and got the most colorful outfit she could make, then listened to pop and micheal jackson while waiting to be called up and show her outfit, she is hoping to win and is willing to take any prize!!
