A skin of my humanization/gijinka for Paintbrush from Inanimate Insanity!

Paintbrush is a character in Inanimate Insanity, a YouTube object show created by Adam Katz back in 2011. They’re quite the hothead, to say the least. They’re irritated very easily, and can have huge bursts of anger at any moment. As of the third season though, it looks like they’re improving their short temper :) They also often take a leadership role and are probably one of the few contestants on the show with more than 10 functioning brain cells lol
They can be rude, but they’re a very loyal friend when others get to know them, being open to talk to them if they need to get emotions out. They’re closest friends with the quirky Lightbulb, they often function as a somewhat concerned second-in-command for her, and miss her when she’s not around. Although, they do bump heads with her sometimes due to how she rarely takes the challenges very seriously :p

Paintbrush is a personal favourite character of mine in the series, because I can relate to their impatience and ‘easily irritated’ thing. Their friendship with Lightbulb is very cute, plus I find the sort of ‘frenemy’ relationship they have with Fan pretty goofy. I can appreciate the representation of a non-binary character in a show that has a fanbase with a lot of younger people in it too :)
