ah yes—hell itself (contest, read desc)

It's eye burning, I know, but that was the intention of this contest hosted by The_Terminutter.

The general rule is that you never put highly saturated colors together, and a blog I've read describes such colors as "screaming for attention." Sure, it attracts attention, but it doesn't make the looker's eyes stay on it for long because of its jarring nature. I'm glad there was a black in this palette because it allowed me to balance out the brightness of the other colors. Whether I achieved that balance or not is totally subjective.

I don't know why I joined; maybe because I wanted a bit of a challenge—to see if I can make a not-so-pretty palette into... something. This is probably my worst skin, and I'm definitely not doing this again anytime soon for the foreseeable future.
