Original skin had an actual "skirt," if you understand what I'm saying.
It's for the ability to turn off "coats," "hats," ect.

Have you considered doing the sonic.exe char?
If you haven't played it yet, do.
It isn't scary AT ALL. No joke! Sonic totally isn't a monster that eats everyone...

Ahem... do you mind if i use this for a texture pack? I'm making a texture pack and I need sonic skins.

You would be given full credit of course. I would simply make these into mobs such as villagers.
