The future unlocks the secrets of brain function, and ultimately allow for cybernetics advancement to the point of producing artificial intelligence, and robotic organisms that are able to preform human actions, and respond like them.

There's a large debate that will eventually determine whether this kind of technology should be pursued, or scrapped to prevent any possible chance of something going wrong...

Until that controversy is resolved, we'll have to decide for ourselves if the androids are working with us, or planning to go against us.
