Ao~ ~

It probably isn't the best idea to make such a wintery type skin when spring is finally here <3 :^) but whatever >~<. Light blue doesn't have to signify winter anyway :33 but it was just the impression I got from this after I finished making it. For some reason, she seems really cold and icy to me (?) ~ Maybe I'll write a backstory to this later 

She originally was supposed to be a mermaid and then, I decided to make her into a winter fairy. But then I couldn't figure out how to make the wings since I'm still a noob in skin making c': I will try my best from now on to make cuter and higher quality skins but for now, this was all I could do. (Also I suck at naming things >~<)
