The Scarf dressed Man-looking mutant, is not just another myth. He is a vile eperiment, which was one of the chain reaction,by Blowin' the A-Bomb. Now he hunts the vast land, looking for unsuspecting prey. If you find a man looking creature, with a black robe all over him, and dirt looking skin, well... then you dont even have time to read this. How do i know this, you might think. well lets just say i know him alot.
