Aquotillian

Dr. Danjr Ewil was an evil scientist that practiced evil (and had a strange name). His headquarters of unspeakable evil was located on a tropical island of the cost of Brazil. The island was called "Mal Doutor Llha." On Mal Doutor Llha the evil doctor experimented on humans and the islands wildlife in twisted ways. A group of agents of the ****** division (a secret branch of government) found Mal Doutor Llha and invaded it in order to stop the pure evil emanating from it. They shot Dr. Danjr Ewil in the face multiple times. Upon searching the secret base of doom, the agents found dead and mutilated bodies of strange animal/human hybrids. The only living creature they found was the baby of a human/fish and a human/lizard. It looked like a small humanoid scaly blue lizard/fish. They scanned it with an evil-or-not meter and found it was clean. They adopted the creature and named it Aquotillian. He has all the natural abilities of various fishes and lizards and the brain power of a slightly dim-witted human. Plus, he has extreme combat training from ******. Aquotillian has some strange eating habits (small children [of animals, of course]) but saves the day most of the time.

It is one of my first skins and is up for improvement (even though I entered it into a contest). Please give me as much feed back as possible, it will help a lot.
