Avarinus is the first Bane, who became a Cursed upon being completely corrupted by their Affliction, like all other Banes. He is the most powerful Cursed and uses that power in the most unpredictable ways. His goals may be unclear, but he must be stopped - a Monster is a Monster, after all.
