pretty awesome. i know this sounds really lame but how do you make skins and upload them onto planet minecraft? i'm a newby

to make a skin you will need to go to minecraft.net and click on the profile button then login in and then click on profile again, then click on "downloading the reference skin" and then depending on what type of computer you have Mac or PC You can use a designated program. Examples of the programs include "paint" and "gimp". :)
ps you also need to open the skin you want to change by right clicking the pic and chose "open with" and then select the program you are using :)

Not saying bad skin, just saying lack of diamonds. You need about 6-10 diamonds in the first hour to get on main page. Kinda weird. :S
