This is a bedsheet construct, also known as your bedsheet. Every night, it awakens and checks the closet and under the bed. It would fiercely fend off night terrors and trecherous monsters and horrible beasts of the night with it's eyes of light. Once the morning daylight hit, under it's snug hood, it smiled at you, knowing you were safe. Then, it crawled back over you to shield you from the bitter cold.
