Honestly had no intention to upload this skin as it was just something I made for my own personal use... But, I needed a skin to upload and i'm currently working on requests for people so I didn't think i'd have time to upload another one for a couple more days.
It's not very original or creative, really. It's incredibly similar to most school-girl type skins, just with a slight twist.
Here's the version of the skin without the gray eye, for those of you that don't like the whole two-colored eye thing:
