I wanted to try dithering for the shirt although it came out a bit messy it looked o k a y in my eyes.

If you look in the description with the tags and credit you'll see which gender i put it as :P
I made him a male because that's what I believe the original skin owner is, but if you feel as if it's more feminine then you can consider it a girl! O: <3
