None of the sub zero skins I could find online seemed to be of Bi-Han, and all of them were in the full Lin Kuei combat outfit (which is fair),
so I made this for me and my friends. I'm really proud of it! If anyone else happens to find it and be excited about it, I'd be very happy with that.

It's a fairly simple skin, if I were to edit it I'd probably add more detail to the shoes, but for what it is I think it works.
