Billy Kaplan

so ive decoded to do a little young avengers series until i lose steam and decide i dont wanna do em anymore, each member will get at least 2 skins, one in costume and one casual , maybe more if i decide to do more. this time its Wiccan, aka Billy Kaplan, he and tommy are twins, technically speaking despite them having different biological parents they each have the respective soul of the scarlet witch's dead children William and Thomas Maximoff, making her kinda their mom and them kind of twins, they are supposed to be nearly identical in appearance aside from hair and eye color and obviously clothes and costumes. the costume is baised off his second costume from after he became Wiccan in the 2005 comics
