Bio-Leech

The Bio-Leech is a small machine that attaches itself to dead organisms and absorbs their nutrients, using them as fertilizer and fuel. Easily programmable, it can patrol farm pastures and quickly absorb the body before it begins to rot and attract unwanted scavengers. But some people program them to attack living beings instead of dead ones. And when that happens, it's not pretty.

Bio-Leeches are banned in 10 different states and all legal states require a license to own one, as of March 21, 2240.
