Considered one of the greatest threats to mankind, Nefluffio was the leader of the penguins of Downybottom and the creator of the first penguin exosuit. He orchestrated many horrible attacks, believing that humans must be eradicated to promote the survival of the penguin species. Nefluffio seeks to invoke a new ice age. Shortly after his attacks, he was ostracized and exiled by his fellow penguins for his experiments and radical thinking. He has been sighted throughout the world, constantly slipping through the grips of humans.
