Once a leader to a gang of thieves, Blind worked under Ganon when he fell into the Dark World. Through this he transformed and guarded the Thieves' Town. He tricks Link by disguising himself as one of the Maidens who Link has to save. Once Link "rescues" the Maiden, they stumble upon a bright room, where Blind shows his ture self on accident.
