Blue Hawk - Contest Entry

Blue Hawk is a self-declared protector of the weak. Lacking any superpower himself, the 20-year-old Matt relies on his ordinary skills and not the least ordinary list of gadgets to help him out in his battle against lawbreakers. That being said, he favors the dark, and prefers to be unseen whilst carrying out justice. Should he fail to keep out of sight, he combats his foes with a variety of self-defense martial arts.
And this form os battling evil was the source of the name; preying upon the enemies, not showing himself, but always there; just like a hawk before it strikes.

Blue Hawk is actually a year-old superhero concept I had in mind. So far he was just in self-made stories and comics.
I cannot deny that the suits of Spiderman and Blue Beetle (also my favorite color being blue) gave a lot of inspiration to this character.
